Phosphating

Manganese Phosphate

High porosity · Lubricant retention · For parts subject to friction and mechanical loads

Description

Manganese Phosphate is a chemical conversion treatment developed for metal parts that require high functional resistance under conditions of friction, mechanical load, and continuous lubrication. Its application improves the surface behavior of the component by providing a protective layer especially suitable for parts subject to metal-to-metal contact.

This process creates a thick, highly porous crystalline structure, superior to other types of phosphates, which promotes the retention of lubricating oils on the treated surface. Thanks to this capability, Manganese Phosphate helps reduce wear, improve sliding performance, and extend the service life of critical parts in demanding industrial applications.

The treatment allows coating weights between 10 and 40 g/m², adapting to the requirements of each application. Its excellent performance in parts subject to friction and mechanical load makes it a reliable solution for components that need surface protection, sustained lubrication, and greater operational resistance.
