Su base Dark Grey combina cinc y aluminio laminar en una pel\u00edcula fina y uniforme, ideal para piezas tratadas a granel mediante procesos de inmersi\u00f3n, centrifugaci\u00f3n y termo-curado.<\/p>\n<p>Su formulaci\u00f3n totalmente libre de cromo ofrece una soluci\u00f3n segura y eficiente para aplicaciones industriales exigentes. Gracias a su bajo espesor, de 5 a 12 micrones, permite proteger las piezas sin comprometer sus tolerancias dimensionales, evitando adem\u00e1s la fragilidad por hidr\u00f3geno ocluido, una ventaja clave en componentes de acero sometidos a exigencia mec\u00e1nica.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema puede complementarse con LAURENTBLACK\u00ae Top Coat, un acabado negro de base org\u00e1nica con lubricaci\u00f3n incorporada, especialmente indicado para piezas roscadas que requieren control del coeficiente de fricci\u00f3n. Aplicable por Dip-Spin o Spray, este top coat puede alcanzar hasta 720 horas de resistencia en niebla salina, brindando una terminaci\u00f3n durable, funcional y confiable para m\u00faltiples
