Su tecnolog\u00eda libre de cromo hexavalente permite obtener un acabado gris plateado met\u00e1lico, uniforme y de excelente calidad, ideal para piezas met\u00e1licas que requieren durabilidad, precisi\u00f3n y resistencia en condiciones exigentes.<\/p>\n<p>Su aplicaci\u00f3n en fr\u00edo mediante procesos Dip Spin o Spray permite lograr una pel\u00edcula homog\u00e9nea de bajo espesor, entre 5 y 12 micrones, sin comprometer las dimensiones ni la funcionalidad de la pieza. Al tratarse de un sistema no electrol\u00edtico, sin uso de \u00e1cidos y con curado t\u00e9rmico, evita la oclusi\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno y contribuye a mantener la resistencia mec\u00e1nica del acero tratado.<\/p>\n<p>LAURENTCOAT\u00ae 787 brinda una protecci\u00f3n integral frente a la corrosi\u00f3n mediante la combinaci\u00f3n de protecci\u00f3n cat\u00f3dica, efecto barrera, pasivaci\u00f3n y capacidad de auto cicatrizaci\u00f3n ante da\u00f1os superficiales. Su desempe\u00f1o puede alcanzar desde 720 hasta m\u00e1s de 1000 horas en ensayos de niebla salina bajo norma ASTM B117, cumpliendo adem\u00e1s con especificaciones como ASTM F 1136, ASTM F-3393,
